Hi everyone,

My name is Myint. I'm a freelance personal trainer specializing in calisthenics and bodyweight exercise.

For over 10 years, I've practiced calisthenics and longevity protocols. Today, I coach others to build functional strength, improve physical fitness, and cultivate a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.

My Philosophy: Movement for Longevity

My ultimate goal for you is simple: a healthy body and a calm mind for as long as possible.

I believe that any movement is better than no movement. I chose calisthenics because it's efficient, rewarding, and best of all, the world is your gym.

Unlike machine-based gym workouts, calisthenics has a learning curve at first. But with proper guidance, the results are worth it. Soon, moving this way becomes part of your daily life.

The Myth: "You need heavy weights to build muscle"

Many people believe that building a strong, muscular physique requires lifting heavy weights. But that's simply not true.

Your own body is an incredibly powerful training tool. With a structured approach, bodyweight training can effectively build strength, lean muscle, and deep joint mobility all at once.

My Journey: Why I Coach

When I first started, my biggest obstacle was a lack of direction. I wasted a lot of time following random online workouts without any real structure, which slowed my progress and led to unnecessary frustration.

I want to help you skip the frustrating trial-and-error phase.

By giving you a clear plan, we'll reach your fitness goals efficiently and safely. My focus is long-term consistency: building habits that last, avoiding injuries, and actually enjoying the process.

Services

1-on-1 Coaching

Personal session at my vicinity (Clementi) or your desired location. We'll discuss your goals and fitness level via DM to customize the experience.

Trial Session: $30

First session is a trial. If you like it, we can continue with my industry-standard workout programs tailored to your fitness level and goals.

2-on-1 Coaching

Bring a friend or partner to train together. Both participants must be around the same fitness level for effective programming.

Trial Session: $30

Same trial format. Once we start, you'll receive industry-standard workout programs I've found useful for myself and my clients, customized for your needs.

Questions

Will there be package deals?

No. My coaching is offered on a session-by-session basis.

Can you train with me in a gym?

Condo or Private Gym: If you have access to a residential or private facility, we can easily train there. Public Gym: We can use a commercial or public gym, provided that you cover my guest entry fee. Outdoor Fitness Corner: Any local park or outdoor setup equipped with pull-up and dip bars works perfectly.

When do I see results?

Results vary by individual, but most clients see noticeable changes within 4-6 weeks of consistent training.
